These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and usage of all enterprise software, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud infrastructures provided by The Companies and The Product Suite.
By accessing, deploying, subscribing to, or utilizing any of our five platform engines (The Companies ERP, The AI, The Rupees Pay, The SchoolERP, or The Mosque), you represent that you have legal authority to bind your organization to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must terminate access immediately.
We commit to delivering a commercially viable 99.9% uptime across production cluster instances. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced with a minimum of 48 hours prior notification via status dashboards and registered administrative email contacts.

You retain 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and title over all organizational data, employee records, transaction ledgers, and institutional materials uploaded to our platform. The Companies does not sell, lease, or train public AI foundational models on private enterprise data.
Subscription licenses are billed on monthly or annual terms according to selected product bundles and active tenant user counts. Invoices are payable within 15 business days. Enterprise customers requesting on-premise air-gapped instances enter custom SLAs detailed in specific Statements of Work (SOW).
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any unresolved dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
